Drawing BABY YODA

Grogu, who is also more commonly known as Baby Yoda on the internet, is a character from the Star Wars based original television series on Disney+ entitled “The Mandalorian”.
The abovementioned character is obviously a toddler member of the same species as the Star Wars character Yoda with whom he shares a strong ability in the Force.
In the series, the titular protagonist known as “the Mandalorian” is hired to track down and capture Grogu for a remnant of the fallen Galactic Empire, but instead, he becomes his adoptive father and protects him from the Imperials. What a weird twist, don’t you think?
Baby Yoda’s actual name, “Grogu”, was not revealed until the episode entitled “Chapter 13: The Jedi”, in which it was also explained that Grogu was raised at the Jedi Temple on Coruscant during the Clone Wars. Prior to this episode, the character’s name, as used in subtitles and captions, has always since been “The Child”.
Whether you’re a fan of the Star Wars movies, animated shows, live-action series or not, meme culture should have already introduced you to this insanely adorable character if you’ve been an active user on the internet for the past few years. That’s how I knew about Grogu long before I’ve even seen clips of the series — the memes!
I’m happy to have been able to draw and paint Grogu and even happier that I had the opportunity to share it with my audience on YouTube. As a matter of fact, the preview of this artwork which I posted thru a YouTube Short has amassed more than 700 views in just an hour, adding to the hundred views (and counting) on TikTok!
With that being said, I thank you for your support whether you’re one of the hundreds of people who have seen the videos or if you’re one of those who actively interact with my posts on social media!
